c. Please take note that only the RFID lanes at Bandar Cassia Toll Plaza are currently activated for ANPR.

1. Electronic Know Your Customer, a digital process used to verify the customer's identity remotely replacing traditional, paper-based methods.
2. e-KYC involves verifying the customer’s identity through electronic means like facial recognition, document uploads and biometric data.

For Malaysians with MYKAD/MYTENTERA
1. Verify personal identity of the Customer with an official identification document i.e., MYKAD or MyTentera by taking photos of the front and back view of the document against a plain background and it must show the details clearly, completely and without obstruction; and
a. If you are a holder of the MYTENTERA ID, please use your MYTENTERA for verification
2. Please ensure your name and identification number in your profile matches the official identification documents. If it does not, please update your profile details before proceeding to identity verification.
3. Liveliness matching with a real-time selfie together and please ensure your face must be without obstruction, clearly visible and with good lighting to confirm you are physically present; and
4. Confirm the submitted images and details are accurate.

For non-Malaysian citizens with a passport
1. Verify personal identity of the Customer with an official identification document i.e., passport, by taking a photo of the 1st page of the passport against a plain background and clearly showing the standardized alphanumeric code (also known as the Machine Readable Zone) located at the bottom of the data page, typically on the 1st page of the passport. The Machine Readable Zone contains information such as the passport holder's name, document number, nationality, date of birth, sex, and expiration date and it must show these details clearly, completely and without obstruction; and
2. Please ensure your name and identification number in your profile matches the official identification documents. If it does not, please update your profile details before proceeding to identity verification.

The steps for e-KYV process are as below: -
1. Declare that you are the owner of the vehicle.
2. Upload a copy of the vehicle ownership certificate from the MyJPJ app and it must show the details clearly, completely and without obstruction.
3. Take photos of the front and back view of the vehicle clearly, completely and showing the full view of the vehicle and vehicle registration plate in good light.
4. Optionally, select the vehicle as default to be displayed at the ‘Home’ page of the app.
5. Confirm the submitted images and details are accurate.
6. Please note that the ownership and vehicle details must match. Failure to do so will result in result in inaccurate details being captured, rejection and require resubmission.

When you add the vehicle, kindly indicate if you are the
1. Authorised user of the vehicle
a. Provide the supporting documents i.e. MYKAD and the Vehicle Ownership Certificate of the owner.
2. Authorised to use this vehicle, registered to a business, organisation or government body
a. Provide the supporting documents i.e. Business Registration Certificate and the Vehicle Ownership Certificate of the owner.
3. Take photos of the front and back view of the vehicle clearly, completely and showing the full view of the vehicle and vehicle registration plate in good light
4. This request will be approved manually within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
5. Please note that the ownership and vehicle details must match. Failure to do so will result in result in inaccurate details being captured rejection and require resubmission.
You can add up to 10 vehicles at any time.
You will need to delete the old vehicle and perform the e-KYV process with the new vehicle.
A customer service representative will manually verify this matter and, if necessary, contact you via your registered email address and/or mobile number.

a. Go to ME > VEHICLES tab
2. If you fail to do so, you will continue to be charged for future toll transactions when the vehicle is used for ANPR by the new owner.

The e-KYP stands for Electronic Know Your Payment, a digital process used to verify a customer's payment method through electronic means by using an online payment gateway.
Please ensure you have successfully completed e-KYC to add a payment method.
The steps for e-KYP are as below: -
1. Customer will be redirected to the appointed online payment gateway to validate the bank card chosen for ANPR on PLUS highways.
2. The bank cards accepted must be a Credit Card / Debit Card / Prepaid Card with the MyDebit / Mastercard / Visa / American Express logos and issued by a bank in Malaysia.
3. Customer will have to enter the bank card details and save the details for future transactions; and
4. Customer will have to enter the OTP or approve the mobile app push notification from the bank card issuer bank to confirm.
1. Please delete the bank card from the app.
a. Go to ME > PAYMENT METHODS tab
2. If you have more than one bank card linked to your JustGO account, the selected card will be deleted immediately.
3. If you are deleting the last remaining bank card linked to your account, it will be subject to a 24-hour cooling period before it is permanently deleted.
4. If you have entered the highway but have not yet exited, the toll payment for that journey will continue to be attempted using the deleted bank card, based on your payment priority, until the cooling period ends.
5. Once your new bank card is ready, please add it to the app with the updated card details.
1. If you have more than one payment card linked to your JustGO account (for example, three cards), the selected card will be deleted immediately.
2. If you only have one payment card linked to your account, the card will not be deleted immediately. Instead, it will enter a 24-hour cooling period before the deletion is completed.

a. Go to ME > PAYMENT METHODS tab
2. If you have more than one bank card linked to your JustGO account, the selected card will be deleted immediately.

5. Once you have received your replacement or new bank card, please add it to the app.
1. To verify your card, a temporary RM4 authorisation is placed when you add a new payment method. This is not a charge, and no amount is collected by JustGO.

ANPR is the abbreviation for Automatic Number Plate Recognition; a solution that uses cameras and image recognition software to detect a Vehicle’s number plate for toll payment purposes exclusively on PLUS Highways.
Please be informed that ANPR is only available for Class 1 vehicles only. These are passenger cars with two axles and three or four wheels, such as sedans, SUVs, MPVs, and small pick-ups. Class 1 is the largest group of highway users, and starting here allows the system to stabilize and fine-tune before it expands to other vehicle classes in later phases.

An e-Invoice is a digital representation of a transaction between a supplier and a buyer i.e. you, which requires verification from the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) before it is issued to you. It contains essential information such as the supplier's and buyer's details, item descriptions, quantities, prices (before tax), taxes, and total amount.
2. The e-Invoice will capture the below transactions where applicable to the highway company: -
a. all forms of toll payments on PLUS Highways, LPT2 Highways and LLB Highways; and
b. TNG cards purchases at toll plazas on PLUS and LPT2 Highways; and
c. toll violation payments for PLUS and LPT2 Highways;
3. The e-Invoice will be issued on a monthly basis.

2. Opt out : when you opt out, you will no longer receive your monthly e-Invoice.
